Entrerai nel team Sales come Business Development Representative : sarai il primo punto di contatto con potenziali clienti e lavorerai ogni giorno con imprenditori, CFO e HR leader. Cosa farai
- Genererai opportunità qualificate per il team Account Executive
- Farai cold call, email e attività di prospecting outbound
- Sarai il primo contatto commerciale con i potenziali clienti
- Collaborerai con il team Sales per migliorare processi, pitch e strategie outbound
Chi cerchiamo
Persone a inizio carriera, idealmente con 0–2 anni di esperienza in Sales . Esperienza in SaaS/Tech è un plus, ma non un requisito. Chi entra e performa cresce velocemente: siamo una sales school e investiamo molto nella formazione.
Cosa offriamo
€37K OTE uncapped , con acceleratori per over-performance. Un percorso di formazione continua , con training, feedback e affiancamento costante da parte di sales più senior. Ufficio a Milano , modalità hybrid: 3 giorni on-site, 2 flessibili .
Processo
Screening call → Roleplay sales interview → Cultural fit. Niente CV: valutiamo il potenziale, non i pregiudizi.
