Compensation & Benefits Analyst — Southern Europe
Belmond Uk Ltd
Belmond is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst - Southern Europe to support fair, competitive reward practices across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Based in Milan, you will partner with regional HR teams, the Global C&B team, and Belmond properties to deliver insightful analysis and accurate reporting.
You will benchmark salaries, contribute to salary surveys, and assist with job mapping and governance to ensure internal equity and competitive compensation.
