Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A.

SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position: As International HR Compensation Specialist , you will join our Offshore Talent and Compensation Management Department at Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC), based in Milan.

How can you support us?

• Analysis and development of compensation strategies that meet corporate needs and market studies.
• Collaboration with the corresponding human resources functions in local branches to define grading system, compensation structures and incentive plans.
• Monitoring market practices in terms of compensation, ensuring the competitiveness of the offer.
• Preparation of analytical reports on staff compensation levels and the effectiveness of compensation policies.
• Support in managing the annual salary review process.
• Coordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys.
• Promotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems.

What are we looking for?

Education: Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields;

Background: 2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation, preferably in the French market. Given the company's international profile, professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is a nice to have.

Technical/IT Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel.
