Global Total Rewards Lead — Fintech & Benefits
myPOS
myPOS is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation and benefits across multiple countries, starting with Italy. You will own the day-to-day execution of salary cycles, manage data, advise on country-specific benefits, and ensure the total rewards framework is consistent and defensible.
In this hands-on role you’ll work with Radford benchmarking, EU pay laws, and HRIS systems like BambooHR and Deel, shaping pay equity and transparency as the business grows.
