International Business Development Lead - Northern Europe

In this role you drive platform sales and strategic partnerships for Boeing Defense Space and Security across Northern Europe. You’ll identify opportunities with government and prime customers, support capture teams, and manage key external relationships while coordinating cross-functional internal resources. You operate as a credible Boeing representative, travel substantially, and shape proposals to win international business. You will help grow customer partnerships and secure strategic wins in a complex defense market.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop and advance customer relationships to become trusted partners across multiple international customers
- Support and coordinate large teams of sales professionals and SMEs to pursue campaigns with quality margins
- Represent Boeing at shows and events in the region
- Shape customer requirements by understanding business, culture, and geopolitical context
- Interface with internal Boeing resources to align issues and drive resolutions
- Lead and collaborate on campaigns and proposals with themes, discriminators, and customer-focused pricing
- Conduct competitive research to improve positioning and secure commitments
- Identify and develop industry relationships for local collaborations in support of the International Strategic Partnerships organization
- Manage budgets for international campaignsAssist in preparing proposals and reviewing SOWs, cost estimates, and executive summaries for customers
- Identify emerging talent within Boeing and customer/supplier networks for leadership development
- Proven experience engaging directly with military/government customers with understanding of their organization, requirements, planning and procurement processes
- Experience working with international defense customers in shaping and developing requirements
- Language fluency in English
- Ability to travel internationally
- 7+ years experience within the defense industry and/or military service
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Active security clearance (preferred)
- Experience with Nordic armed forces and/or Nordic aerospace industry (preferred)
