It is also active in lifestyle collaborations, home furnishings, and exclusive Haute Couture creations. /ph3Role Description: /h3pDG Beauty is looking for a Global Business Control Manager to lead business performance management and drive the evolution of analytics, KPI frameworks and decision support across the organization. /ppThis is a highly visible role with end-to-end responsibility across PL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, providing a 360° view of performance across regions, channels, brands and product categories. /ppThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming business analytics and reporting capabilities, helping the organization move from reporting results to proactively steering performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and business reviews. /liliOwn and evolve business analytics, performance management and KPI frameworks. /liliBuild best-in-class reporting across regions, channels, brands and categories. /liliMonitor profitability, gross margin, working capital, inventory, capex and cash generation. /liliTranslate data into actionable insights and business recommendations. /liliPartner with HQ and Regional Teams. /liliDrive finance transformation, automation and performance governance. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. /lili7+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FPA, preferably within an international Fashion, Luxury, or FMCG environment. /liliStrong expertise in financial planning, profitability analysis, performance management, and business partnering. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and BI tools; experience with Power BI and Anaplan is highly desirable. /li /ulh3The Profile /h3pYou take ownership, challenge the status quo, and proactively transform complexity into opportunities.
