Senior Business Development Manager (Remote From EU and US )

Gear Games is a global game development studio building high-quality gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are seeking 02 experienced Senior Business Development Managers to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth. You will leverage your games industry network to secure external development, co-development, and licensing opportunities.

Work Location: Remote from UK/EU and US.

Key Responsibilities

• Source deals: Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with global game publishers and developers.

• Manage external development: Oversee outsourcing partnerships, work-for-hire contracts, and co-development pipelines.

• Drive revenue: Negotiate high-value commercial agreements from initial contact to contract execution.

• Analyze markets: Evaluate industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging platform opportunities to pivot strategy.

• Collaborate internally: Partner with product, legal, and production teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of business development or strategic partnerships experience within the gaming industry.

• Platform expertise: Deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, monetization models, and store optimization.

• Sourcing network: A robust, active network of industry contacts across global publishers and developers.

• External dev acumen: Proven track record of managing external development workflows, outsourcing, or art/engineering services.

• Negotiation skills: Expert ability to draft term sheets, navigate complex legal reviews, and close six-figure deals.
