Per primaria realtà industriale internazionale, operante nel settore chemical / specialty chemical con supply chain globale e un modello produttivo basato su contract manufacturing, sono alla ricerca di un/una Head of Toll Manufacturing & Supplier Performance
La figura avrà la responsabilità di guidare la strategia di toll manufacturing, gestire i partner produttivi esterni e garantire continuità, qualità e performance delle attività affidate a terzi.
Responsabilità principali
- Sviluppo della strategia di toll manufacturing e gestione dell’intera rete di partner produttivi esterni.
- Identificazione, valutazione e onboarding di nuovi contract manufacturers.
- Gestione delle relazioni di lungo periodo con i tollers, incluse business review e performance assessment.
- Negoziazione di accordi di tolling/trading, definizione di SLA, pricing e rinnovi contrattuali.
- Monitoraggio dei costi di produzione e individuazione di opportunità di ottimizzazione.
- Supporto ai team interni nelle decisioni make-or-buy.
- Gestione di disruption, capacity constraints e reclami lungo la supply chain.
- Coordinamento di audit qualità, qualifiche, deviazioni, investigazioni, CAPA e change control.
- Garanzia di conformità a standard EH&S, requisiti regolatori e principi di product stewardship.
- Reporting su performance dei fornitori, rischi, opportunità, OTIF, lead time e safety performance.
- Sviluppo di iniziative di continuous improvement con i partner esterni.
Profilo ideale
- Laurea magistrale in Chimica, Ingegneria Chimica, Supply Chain, Business Administration o affini.
- 5-10 anni di esperienza in procurement, contract manufacturing o ruoli analoghi.
- Solida esperienza nella negoziazione di accordi produttivi e di fornitura.
- Background nel settore chimico / specialty chemical / process industries.
- Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione, comunicazione e stakeholder management in contesti globali.
- Conoscenza dei processi di produzione chimica e dei sistemi qualità (ISO, GMP).
- Spiccata visione commerciale e capacità di gestione di partner in diverse regioni.
- Familiarità con sistemi ERP (es. SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
