Overview

As Cooling Solutions Business Developer, you will drive the growth of Schneider Electric's cooling portfolio in Italy, with a focus on liquid cooling and AI-driven workloads. You will align cross‐functional teams to position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor for next‐gen cooling architectures in data centers. You will engage with consultants, engineering partners, and end‐users to expand market share and develop compelling value propositions. This role combines market insight, technical leadership, and strategic execution to address high‐density IT and sustainability challenges.

Responsabilità

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the cooling portfolio in the Italian market, engaging with consultants, engineering firms, system integrators and end‐users to expand market presence
• Identify market opportunities and emerging AI-driven trends affecting thermal management, data center design and sustainability targets
• Serve as SME for liquid cooling solutions (direct-to-chip, immersion cooling, hybrid architectures) in customer meetings and design discussions
• Collaborate with global and local technical teams to ensure solution relevance and competitive positioning; work with product management, marketing and R&D to incorporate market insights
• Contribute to compelling value propositions and support sales teams in opportunity identification, qualification and proposal development

Requisiti fondamentali

• Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions (air, liquid cooling, heat management, energy efficiency)
• Familiarity with data center architectures, thermal design concepts and power/cooling interdependencies; knowledge of AI‐driven density challenges
• Strong market analysis and go‐to‐market execution skills with measurable outcomes
• Customer‐oriented mindset focused on long‐term partner engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities; ability to influence in a matrix, fast‐moving environment
