OUT OF HOME SOUTH SALES DEVELOPER

Gruppo Lactalis Italia, all'interno della Direzione Commerciale della BU Out Of Home è alla ricerca di un/a Out Of Home South Sales Developer. La risorsa riporterà all'Head Of Sales Development e avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Identificare e perseguire opportunità di crescita aziendale sostenibile, individuando nuove occasioni di business attraverso il presidio del territorio di responsabilità con l'obiettivo di supportare TM/DSM nel reclutare nuovi clienti; Elaborare iniziative e strumenti (anche cross-funzione) volti a concretizzare le opportunità individuate, valutandone la fattibilità e il potenziale; Predisporre, condividere e monitorare i piani come sintesi tra le aspettative della Business Unit e la visione territoriale; Definire gli action plan per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business; Sviluppare e implementare strategie di pricing competitive e dinamiche, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le condizioni di mercato, al fine di massimizzare il rendimento su ogni segmento di mercato; Affiancare il team sales per mantenere un monitoraggio attivo del mercato, per misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative commerciali e stimolare l'esecuzione in funzione delle priorità aziendali; Raccogliere, elaborare e condividere gli insight dal mercato con le altre funzioni per migliorare l'efficacia delle iniziative commerciali.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Esperienza come DSM e/o TM, Trade Marketing o ambito Sales di almeno 4 anni; Laurea triennale/specialistica in discipline economiche; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, il francese sarà considerato un plus; Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office. Attitudine commerciale e proattività; Disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio; Buona capacità analitica e di comprensione dei dati; Particolare predisposizione a lavorare in team.INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
