Customer Service Specialist - Internship

Job Description

Are you a great communicator who enjoys connecting with people over the phone? Are you curious about the automotive world and looking for your first experience in a multinational environment?

MSX is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Lead Management team, supporting some of the most well-known brands in the automotive industry. In this role, you will manage phone-based contact with potential customers who have shown interest in a vehicle or product online, guiding them through their journey and connecting them with the right dealership.

You will be part of a multilingual, international team, working across different projects and gaining exposure to a wide range of vehicle categories.

Tasks include:

• Contact leads by phone to confirm their interest and gather key information (budget, model preferences, financing needs, etc.);
• Provide accurate information on product range using internal tools, circulars and direct contact with the relevant brand;
• Qualify each lead and, when interested, transfer complete customer information to the appropriate authorized dealer;
• Carry out follow-up activities where required by the specific project;
• Accurately record all activity and information in Excel and internal tools;
• Support the Team Leader with basic reporting for the client;
• Collaborate closely with the team and report to the Team Leader and Project Manager.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

• Fluent/native level (C1 or above) in English, French and Spanish , in addition to Italian;
• Confidence and ease in holding phone conversations with customers;
• Precision, reliability and curiosity in day-to-day tasks;
• Basic proficiency with Excel and standard office tools;
• A collaborative mindset and strong team-player attitude;
• Willingness to grow and, in the future, explore other opportunities within MSX;
• No prior experience in the automotive sector required — full training provided.
