In this role, you will combine people leadership, SAP and process expertise, governance know-how, and strong project and stakeholder management skills. /ppYour mission is to establish clear ownership, scalable standards, and effective governance mechanisms, creating the foundation for reliable master data, efficient business processes, trusted reporting, and future automation and AI initiatives. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, coach, and develop the Data Governance team while fostering professional growth and building organizational capabilities /liliManage the team's project and task portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization, resource planning, and on-time delivery /liliDevelop and implement the Data Governance operating model, including policies, standards, roles, and governance processes /liliOwn the governance and quality of key SAP master data domains, including Material, Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Organizational data /liliLead Data Governance, Master Data Management, SAP MDG, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including resource, risk, and stakeholder management /liliDrive high data quality by defining and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and reporting, while implementing sustainable corrective and preventive measures /liliCollaborate closely with business functions, IT, Data Owners, Process Owners, and external implementation and consulting partners to drive governance initiatives /liliEnhance data catalogs, business glossaries, metadata management, and data lineage while ensuring consistent documentation of data rules and ownership /liliPlan and deliver training, communication, and change management initiatives while building a company-wide Data Governance community /liliRepresent the Data Governance function to senior management and international stakeholders, translating strategic business objectives into sustainable governance roadmaps and initiatives /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification /liliSeveral years of professional experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, SAP Consulting, SAP MDG, or Business Process Management /liliProven leadership experience with a strong track record of developing, coaching, and empowering teams /liliIn-depth knowledge of SAP-based business processes and master data management, particularly in SAP MM and/or SAP SD, as well as end-to-end processes such as Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash /liliExperience designing and implementing Data Governance frameworks, operating models, and Data Ownership and Data Stewardship concepts /liliDemonstrated success in leading complex SAP, MDM, SAP MDG, or transformation projects, combined with strong project, portfolio, and stakeholder management skills /liliStrong understanding of SAP data models, ideally complemented by experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and modern data management platforms /liliExcellent analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills with a strong process, quality, and service orientation /liliOutstanding communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and international stakeholders /liliStrategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach; excellent English communication skills and ideally experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Celonis, SAP BW, Databricks, or Data Quality tools /li /ulh3As an employer, we offer /h3ulliWork with passion:br/We foster a culture where you can act with heart and mind, take pride in your work and inspire others through positivity and commitment. /liliLead with purpose at every level:br/For us, leadership is not defined by titles.
