The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, with a proven track record of managing technology deployments and delivering exceptional results. You will need a deep understanding of the AI solutions you’re deploying to ensure successful deployments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior client leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that the deployment team meets the established goals and objectives, and helping each client prepare for and manage the necessary change within their organization to deliver the expected business value. This role supports clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and Retail industries. /ppbJob Responsibilities /b /pulliOwn the endâtoâend client engagement for AI deployments, acting as the senior, trusted partner accountable for delivering against jointly defined success criteria, spanning business outcomes, technical integration, and adoption. /liliLead and manage the cross-functional deployment team responsible for the delivery of AI solutions at each client, ensuring alignment to the client objectives and effective execution of project deliverables. /liliWhen necessary, leverage deep expertise on AI and Circana AI solutions to advise clients on best deployment practices. /liliProvide strategic guidance to clients on best practices for deployment, including AI technology integration, process improvement, and change management. /liliOversee the deployment lifecycle, from initial sale through the successful deployment of the AI solutions as well as the transition to on-going post-deployment support. /liliConduct thorough needs assessments and strategic planning sessions to understand client requirements and challenges as it relates to the deployment of AI solutions. /liliManage deployment timelines, solution revenue, and resource allocation effectively, including establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure the deployment is completed on time and within scope with the ability to demonstrate the AI solution impact. /liliCollaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate deployment progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment between Circana’s and the client’s goals. /liliAdvise and guide clients through adoption using principles of change management. /liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. /liliFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with a focus on scale across the deployment team. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pp(4-5 requirements a candidate should have to be considered for the role) /pulliStrong passion for AI overall and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings. /liliProven track record of leading successful technology deployments, including hands-on technical experience designing, configuring, and delivering AI solutions that leverage LLMs (e.g., prompt and workflow design/orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, usage tracking, automated testing, evaluation and monitoring), including tailored agentic and agent-to-agent patterns. /liliDemonstrated ability to engage directly with client IT, data architecture, and AI governance teams in technically credible discussions about how Circana’s solutions integrate into their existing ecosystems. /liliOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. /liliStrong analytical and problem-skills with the ability to be creative, nimble when warranted.
