ASO Manager (remote)

RioRise is a mobile MMO with its core audience in Brazil. The game is already live across Latin America, Indonesia, and the US, and we are launching in Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand, and Australia. We generate millions of installs per month across both platforms.

We are looking for an ASO Manager to take full ownership of the direction: growing organic installs and improving app page conversion on Google Play and the App Store.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Grow organic visibility: build and optimize keyword semantics for our target geographies, improve rankings for core search queries, and increase visibility in recommendations, collections, and similar apps

• Own app page conversion from visit to install across key geographies

• Plan and run A/B tests for icons, screenshots, videos, and copy: experiments in Google Play, Product Page Optimization, and Custom Product Pages in the App Store. Maintain a clear testing history that can be reviewed and analyzed months later

• Prepare briefs for designers on store visuals and evaluate which specific elements drive conversion

• Create Custom Product Pages tailored to different traffic sources in collaboration with the UA team

• Manage in-app events and store promotional tools

• Localize app pages for our target markets: Portuguese, Spanish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Turkish

• Apple Search Ads: launch campaigns, run tests, evaluate ROAS, and use ASA as an additional source of data on real search demand

• Monitor app vitals and overall app quality; proactively bring well-grounded technical improvement requests to the product team when the app's technical state limits growth

• Manage ratings and reviews: improve ratings through legitimate methods and respond to waves of negative feedback following releases

• Conduct competitive analysis within the genre: track what competitors are changing and testing, and identify ideas worth adopting

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of ASO experience in mobile games , with results you can clearly explain and substantiate

• Hands-on experience with both platforms : Google Play Console and App Store Connect, including experiments, localization, and promotional assets

• Ability to design statistically sound tests and interpret results honestly, including negative results: hypothesis, sample size, statistical significance, and decision-making

• Understanding of how ASO works together with paid user acquisition, and willingness to work closely with the UA team rather than operating in isolation

• Experience with store analytics tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or similar platforms

• English sufficient for working with technical documentation and store interfaces

• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads is a strong advantage
