Program Manager

pIn this role you will lead a strategic enterprise program for a major client from Milan, steering the end-to-end delivery with a dedicated retained team. You’ll collaborate across consulting, analytics, sales and delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. The position mixes on-site client engagement with cross-functional coordination to translate Sprinklr’s platform capabilities into meaningful solutions.
