Agile Program Manager - Digital and CRM Business Enablement

Overview

In this role you drive operational transformation for large-scale, multi-market digital programs, focusing on process enablement and tooling-led efficiency. You'll work with cross-functional teams across countries to standardize and automate CRM and campaign workflows, shaping future operating models. You will contribute to tool design, MVPs, and implementation that unlock scalable, governance-aligned delivery. This position blends strategic advisory with hands-on delivery in an international context.

Responsabilità

• Analyze current-state CRM and campaign management processes across markets to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Design future-state operating models for international multi-stakeholder contexts ensuring scalability and governance
• Translate diverse operational needs into coherent transformation initiatives
• Design and rollout digital operations tools supporting multi-market delivery (campaign setup, content operations, QA, reporting)
• Contribute to tooling specifications from stakeholder requirements and participate in MVP development, testing, and adoption
• Collaborate with consulting managers, client leads, operations teams, and technical stakeholders across countries
• Support integration of tools within heterogeneous CRM and campaign ecosystems to align with local and central processes
• Evolve campaign factories, shared service models, and international delivery hubs
• Engage stakeholders in workshops and prepare materials to support decision-making and highlight efficiency gains

Requisiti fondamentali

• 3–5 years in Digital, CRM, or Marketing Operations PM/PMO within complex delivery environments
• Prior consulting/agency experience with client-facing exposure and international delivery
• Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Experience working in international contexts with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
• Preferred: knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM ecosystems
