Senior Strategic Projects Manager

Overview

In this role you drive and deliver high-impact strategic programs at Satispay, leading complex initiatives from idea to execution. You will partner with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy, manage ambiguity, and optimize resources. You'll establish and propagate scalable best practices, mentor peers, and help build a high-performance culture. This is a chance to influence company-wide transformation and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilità

• Lead large-scale, high-uncertainty projects and transformational initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5–8 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech environments
• Strong track record in product and technology-led initiatives
• Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems and define strategic narratives
• Executive-level storytelling and decision-ready outputs for C-level alignment
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with governance and risk management
• Change-management expertise and ability to guide teams through execution
