The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the development of strategic growth initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular updates and reports to management. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions. /li liCandidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to engage clients, present proposals clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. /li liCandidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills and familiarity with business development or sales processes to build and manage a pipeline of prospects. /li liCandidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and support long-term relationships. /li liCandidates should ideally have prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. /li liCandidates should have proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. /li liCandidates should hold a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. /li liCandidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset; fluency in English and Italian is highly beneficial. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
