You will play a pivotal role in driving the execution and successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that support the company’s growth and long-term objectives. /ph3Key Activities: /h3ulliProject-manage assigned initiatives and oversee their governance, timelines and deliverables; /liliLead critical and strategic workstreams, supporting department heads on operational execution; /liliDesign processes and procedures for the projects you own; /liliOwn the business plan of your projects: financial modelling, assumptions, scenario analysis; /liliBuild presentations for investors, partners and the board. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliMinimum 2 years in management consulting; /liliStrong financial modelling and Excel skills; excellent PowerPoint; /liliStructured problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment; /liliFluent English and Italian; /liliDegree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related field; /liliWillingness to travel internationally. /li /ulh3What We Offer: /h3ulliAnnual gross bsalary ranging /b from €30.000 to €40.000; /liliHybrid set-up; /liliDirect exposure to C-Levels of the group and International partners; /liliOwnership of live projects in a scaling luxury hospitality group; /liliSupplementary bhealth insurance; /b /liliA culture that values bdiversity, equity, /b and binclusion. /b /li /ulpOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
