You will help connect central and brand perspectives with local business priorities and activation strategies, enabling markets and teams to translate these priorities into effective Digital and CRM initiatives. /ph3Your role /h3pYou will take ownership of Digital and CRM initiatives, providing practical advice to clients and connecting business priorities with delivery activities. /ph3Connect business priorities and delivery /h3ulliCoordinate Digital and CRM initiatives across brands, markets and functional teams. /liliConnect central and brand perspectives with local business priorities and activation strategies. /liliTranslate business and market needs into clear and actionable initiatives. /liliHelp client and delivery teams align around priorities, expected outcomes and business value. /li /ulh3Provide client advisory and stakeholder coordination /h3ulliBuild effective relationships with client stakeholders across CRM, Web, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product and Technology. /liliProvide practical advice on Digital business priorities, operating models and delivery approaches. /liliFacilitate workshops, alignment sessions and decision‑making discussions. /liliCommunicate clearly with both senior and operational stakeholders on the client side. /li /ulh3Contribute to continuous improvement /h3ulliContribute to the evolution of Digital operating models, processes and ways of working. /liliSupport the rollout and adoption of Digital tools and operational solutions. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and collaboration. /liliPromote continuous improvement across both client and internal teams. /li /ulh3Requested Experience /h3ulli5+ years of experience in project management, account leadership, product, CRM, Digital transformation, marketing operations, CX, strategy or related areas. /liliExperience managing senior stakeholders and coordinating initiatives across different teams and functions. /liliAbility to work autonomously, structure complex activities and drive progress. /liliStrong communication, facilitation, presentation and problem‑solving skills. /liliA flexible, pragmatic, client‑oriented and hands‑on approach. /liliFluent Italian and good working English. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience working in international, multi‑market or complex organizational environments. /liliPrevious experience in a consulting, agency or client‑facing environment. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pThe salary range for this position is €40,000 to €50,000 (annual gross). /ppThis reflects the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
