Scrum Master

• The Opportunity

To strengthen our Advisory Business Unit, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

You will join a team working on a project to ensure effective Agile delivery, strong collaboration and transparency. The role requires a hands-on, delivery-oriented approach, going beyond ceremony facilitation to actively support the team in removing impediments and improving delivery.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Support the Product Owner and team in maintaining clear Sprint objectives, priorities and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and help resolve impediments, blockers, risks and dependencies.
• Drive delivery transparency, team accountability and effective use of Agile ways of working.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product, development teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement, Sprint preparation and delivery follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and follow through on agreed actions.
• Coordinate effectively across international and distributed teams.

Who We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum / Agile delivery in software development environments.
• Experience supporting Product Owners and cross-functional development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Sprint delivery, backlog refinement, impediment management and risk/dependency management.
• Strong Jira / Confluence experience.
• Comfortable interacting with technical teams and understanding software delivery topics.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with international / distributed teams.
• Proactive, pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.

Experience:5 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Insurance or financial-services experience.

Experience in large-scale digital transformation environments.

Exposure to PI Planning / scaled Agile delivery.

Experience with offshore development teams.

German or another European language.
