Chef de Partie - Prestazioni Extra - Sheraton Milan San Siro

POSITION SUMMARY

Extra staff members will work closely with our Kitchen Team, supporting the kitchen staff with event-related services.

The types of cuisine and service vary depending on the event, as do the required shifts.

This is a flexible contract as a temporary replacement staff member, governed by the AICA National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tourism Industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Valid HACCP certification

Experience in catering and banqueting
