Nell’ottica del potenziamento della nostra divisione DWIT, stiamo ricercando una figura di Business Development Manager con esperienza nella vendita di servizi di staffing augmentation e progetti di system integration in ambito IT.
Sede di Lavoro : Milano
Package: RAL max 45.000€, in funzione dell’esperienza reale maturata, MbO, fringe benefit auto aziendale.
La figura si occuperà dello sviluppo commerciale della divisione DWIT, gestendo le relazioni con i clienti, l'account management e coordinando le opportunità commerciali legate ai servizi IT e alle soluzioni tecnologiche.
Responsabilità:
Sviluppo Commerciale e Account Management: Promuovere e vendere servizi di staffing augmentation e progetti di system integration in ambito IT, consolidando e sviluppando il portfolio clienti.
Gestione Contrattuale e Offerte: Redigere offerte commerciali strutturate e gestire l'iter contrattuale in collaborazione con i partner e i clienti strategici.
Analisi delle Esigenze: Effettuare lo screening delle necessità dei clienti per tradurle in proposte di consulenza ingegneristica e soluzioni tecnologiche ad hoc.
Project Management e Monitoraggio: Mantenere il contatto diretto con i clienti durante l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto, monitorandone lo stato di avanzamento e assicurando alti standard di soddisfazione.
Requisiti:
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa in attività commerciali e di sales in ambito IT.
Comprovata esperienza nella vendita e gestione di account per servizi di staffing augmentation e progetti di system integration .
Forte orientamento al cliente, eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e d'interazione in contesti B2B.
Autonomia nella redazione di offerte commerciali e nella gestione dei relativi contratti.
Ottima conoscenza delle tecnologie IT e dei contesti di consulenza ingegneristica.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.
