Tik Tok Italy is seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Manager to expand and lead partnerships with some of the country’s top media agencies. In this role, you will deliver best‑in‑class collaboration through thought leadership and education, driving adoption of Tik Tok’s advertising solutions and positioning Tik Tok as a strategic partner. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying incremental opportunities, turning insights into action, and proactively unlocking new areas of growth for agencies and advertisers. Lead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies through product adoption and scaled solutions Execute strategic account plans aimed at driving significant investment growth Act as a product expert across Tik Tok’s solutions, driving deep understanding and adoption within agency ecosystems and translating product capabilities into scalable growth opportunities Shape and strengthen Tik Tok’s external narrative in the Italian market Create, test, and scale local initiatives to educate and inspire agency stakeholders, positioning Tik Tok’s product suite as a leading business‑driving platform Identify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with Tik Tok and generate incremental revenue streams Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve products, processes, and client relationships Track and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify areas for growth Meet and exceed revenue targets Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving agency‑facing strategy and consulting Strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills, with solid understanding of the agency landscape Demonstrated track record of proactively identifying, creating, and closing new business opportunities High oral and/or written fluency in Italian and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders/vendors across Italy, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers Preferred qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, self‑driven, and able to generate incremental growth beyond standard targets Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and strategize based on business opportunities Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals Proven ability to advise and influence senior‑level executives and clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
