Industry teams include Consumer and Retail; Natural Resources; Financial Institutions; Financial Sponsors; Healthcare; Multi-Industries; Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure; and Technology, Media and Telecoms amongst others. Product teams cover Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance and country teams cover all regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and are partially or fully based in regional offices. Coverage teams work together across the Investment Banking division to provide solutions to our clients on a range of strategic topics covering corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advice. /ph3Programme Overview /h3pOur Off-cycle Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of work within Investment Banking. During your internship, you'll be gaining exposure to a variety of industry, country or product coverage teams. /ph3Training and Development /h3pYour training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWork on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups providing you with a unique learning opportunity /liliHelp the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities /liliActively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysis /liliBuild relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunities /liliActively participate in executing transactions, including work with clients as well as representatives of other investment banks and other advisors /li /ulh3Eligibility /h3ulliCandidates are required to be pursuing either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between January 2026 and July 2028. Completion means that you have completed all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation. /liliOn track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) /li /ulpCandidates who perform well during the internship may be offered full time employment to commence in July 2028; some lines of business may also offer the opportunity of a January or April start date.
