Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled  Business Analyst with a background in insurance and consulting . The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

As part of the consulting team, our Business Analyst will:

• Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science (and related fields)
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Transparency

Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role

The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is from €29.000 . The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment.
