io’s Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects across industries.
Data-Driven Growth : Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and continuously optimize growth efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Outbound : Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs to attract and convert clients.

~ Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisition.
Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
Self-motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote-first environment.

Knowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as email automation, SEO, or social media, is advantageous.
