Business Development & Innovation Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our Business Development team and Top Management in the preparation of high-impact pitches, proposals, and strategic technical and commercial documents.

Based in Milan, this role acts as a strategic interface between Business Development, Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Operations departments, translating complex technical and construction-related content into clear, structured, and value-driven proposals for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships.

The position also includes building and strengthening relationships with leading architectural firms and key industry stakeholders, as well as supporting the company's visibility through participation in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs contributing to brand positioning and the development of new business opportunities.

Support Business Development and Top Management in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposal documents for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships

Translate complex technical inputs into clear, structured, and value-driven content for bids and client communications

Contribute to pitch narratives, project highlights, execution approaches, and preliminary construction strategies

Support opportunity assessments, including scope definition, risks, strengths, benchmarks, and case studies

Coordinate inputs, timelines, and standards across Business Development and technical teams

2-4 years of experience in construction, engineering, pre-construction, project management, or technical design environments

• Solid understanding of the development and delivery processes of complex projects
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong interest in business development and growth toward technical-commercial roles
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe package (In Design) and Microsoft Office Suite.
