Business Development Representative in Italy

You get excited about working with people, marketing and data - and you want to be in an agile SaaS environment. At Speexx, you will be responsible for finding and qualifying potential customers for our international sales teams.

The role is a vital one as you will be a major contributor for the organization’s sales pipeline, converting leads into real business opportunities for our sales team.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through data-driven outbound activities (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).

Turn data and touchpoints from the entire marketing funnel into real business opportunities.

Use CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage leads and ensure accurate data tracking.

Monitor KPIs, report on results, and continuously optimize prospecting activities.

Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) Ability to work in a fast moving B2B business environment

• Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset as well a passion for testing, analyzing and iterating
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and outbound tools.
• Interest in the HR and people development market is a strong plus.
• Understand and work with data driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
• Excellent command in spoken and written English

You will be working in a highly international and agile environment with amazing team members from offices and locations around the globe, including Munich, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Sao Paulo and Shanghai.

Flexible Working Hours. Hybrid Office Model. You can choose between working fully from our office in Pavia or working from home up to 4 days per week and go one day per week to the office.
