JUNIOR MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST CON INGLESE

Do you enjoy giving a brand a voice and turning technical products into clear, effective stories? In this role you will join the Marketing team of a company whose light reaches stages, sets and installations around the world. Music & Lights designs, manufactures and distributes professional lighting solutions for the Film & TV, Live Events, Theatre and Architectural markets, used in more than 70 countries. You will be based at our HQ in Minturno (LT), within the Marketing & Communication team. You will support brand communication across the various channels, with a focus on newsletters and social media, and contribute to producing and publishing content supporting marketing campaigns and international trade shows, following the editorial plan and brand guidelines. You will work closely with the product department, the graphics and video area and the sales team, contributing to activities aimed at the sales network, distributors and the launch of new products in international markets. It is a path designed to grow your communication and digital marketing skills.

Support the production and publication of content on the brand's social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Discord) following the editorial plan, working alongside the team on community management.

Support the planning, management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns (ADV) on Meta and Google, monitoring budget and results.

Write and send newsletters aimed at distributors and end users, monitoring their results.

Prepare periodic reporting (monthly and quarterly) monitoring web, social and PR performance, with analysis of engagement levels.

Draft and distribute press releases and manage relationships with industry media (international lighting and entertainment publications).

Handle copywriting across the various channels and formats: captions, headlines, carousel copy, product claims, descriptions and scripts for video content.

Support the organisation of and presence at industry trade shows and events (materials, content, pre- and post-event communication).

Apply brand guidelines (tone of voice, terminology, visual identity).

Knowledge of the main social platforms and of their publishing, scheduling and analytics tools.

Knowledge of the Meta Ads and Google Ads advertising platforms and of their campaign management and reporting tools.

Good command of written and spoken English (B2 level).

Experience, even brief, in copywriting, social media management and/or communication.

Familiarity with CRM marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot or equivalent).

Ability to turn technical content into clear, benefit-driven messages for a professional audience.

Good command of AI tools supporting content creation (e.g. Claude).

Knowledge of Office tools and confidence in the digital environment.

Use of social media management platforms (e.g. Basic knowledge of graphics and the ability to work effectively with designers and videomakers (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus).

Basic knowledge of HTML and web design.

Interest in the professional lighting, entertainment or live events industry.

Openness to communication and interpersonal relationships, comfortable handling direct customer contact in person and by phone.

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several activities in parallel.

Contract and compensation

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, followed by a permanent contract.

Classification: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, livello D2.

Compensation: RAL from €25,750 to €27,500 gross per year over 13 mensilità, based on experience and skills.
