Support Italian-speaking customers via phone chat and email with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided!)
Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
Italian at C2 level and English at B2 or above
No prior experience required we will train you!
Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
