In deze rol leid je het beheer van investeringsmandates in private debt en alternatieve instrumenten, met focus op ALM en solvency. Je werkt nauw samen met Italiaanse en groepsteams om strategische investeringsdoelstellingen te realiseren en regulatory alignment te waarborgen. Je analyseert kasstromen, rapporteert aan senior leadership en stuurt continu verbetering in de beleggingsfunctie. Deze positie combineert impact op ALM, risk/finance afdelingen en stakeholders op Group-niveau, in een dynamische, internationaal georiënteerde omgeving.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Leiden en monitoren van portefeuilles met illiquide activa (Private Debt, Infrastructure Debt)
- Analyseren van kasstromen en financieringsstructuren (kapitaalloon, distributions, cash movements)
- Voorbereiden en presenteren van investeringsrapporten aan senior leadership; bijhouden van interne prestatie-indicatoren
- Kritische evaluatie van prestatie-indicatoren van onderliggende assets in fondsen
- Toon ALM-analyses en kapitaalbelastingen onder Solvency II
- Effectief stakeholdermanagement; afstemming met Finance, Risk Management, Life en Group-functies; deelnemen aan Asset Liability Investment Committee meetings
- Integriteit, resultaatgerichtheid en proactieve aanpak voor continue verbetering binnen de investeringsfunctie
- Onderhouden van relaties met asset managers en investeringspartners en toezicht op portefeuilleprestaties
- MSc in Economics, Finance of gelijkwaardig
- 5+ jaar ervaring in illiquide activa zoals private debt, infrastructure debt of private markets
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en vermogen om complexe informatie helder te presenteren
- Sterke relaties met asset managers en interne/externe stakeholders
- Proactief in het signaleren van verbeterkansen en oplettend op marktontwikkelingen
- Kennis van ALM-analyses en Solvency II-regelgeving
- Preferred: CFA, CAIA, programmeertaal Python
- Native Italian speaker en uitstekende Engelse taalvaardigheid (C1/C2)
