As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will provide technical sales partnership to our sales teams and align our solutions to our customers' vision. The sales team will rely on your technical and business acumen and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will work in a highly collaborative team and will become an integral part of the success for both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, delivering technical workshops, and making architectural recommendations. Here's What You'll Dobr/strongulliPerform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication /liliRespond to Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents /liliManage customer engagements without support for your assigned accounts and opportunities /liliCollaborate with the wider Salesforce Data Foundations and Core teams, along with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing functions to continuously improve Informatica’s products, use case positioning and marketing outcomes /liliShare best practices, content, and tips and tricks within your primary areas of responsibility /liliStay current on certification of services required for your areas of responsibility /liliPartner with the Customer Success team on nurture activities for consumption and adoption support, including technical advisory, workshops, etc. /liliProvide customer feedback on product direction /liliSupport CxO events, presentations and demos at marketing events without support.br/li /ulstrongThese Are Qualifications You'll Need To Be Successfulbr/strongulliBachelors in Computer Engineering or related field. /lili5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience /liliBasic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products. /liliStrong communication skills to support presentations, storytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects specific to our Go-To-Market use cases /liliExperience engaging and creating relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners /liliAbility to travel as needed (up to 50%) and to work flexible hours /liliRelevant experience in data integration, master data management, data governance products is highly preferred /liliCertification or working knowledge of Cloud ecosystems / data related Cloud technology (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) is preferred /liliBasic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects is desirable /liliDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role. /liliEnglish and Italian language.br/li /ulThe typical base salary range for this position is EUR 70,425 to EUR 94,200 annually.
