ph3Overview /h3pSenior Sales Support role at Ingenico in Milano. This is a hybrid position offering a balance between office-based and remote work. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliActively support Sales team and communicate with Customers regarding offers, contracts, and budgeting to ensure alignment and satisfaction /liliDevelop, update, and share order statuses to meet internal and external customer requirements /liliCollaborate closely with supply chain and sales teams to support project start dates /liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure key project milestones are achieved /liliProduce, maintain, and monitor performance metrics related to on-time delivery, planning cadence, and production workload /liliIdentify and elevate performance trends and improvement opportunities using data insights /liliMaintain up-to-date production planning boards to ensure team visibility and alignment /liliMonitor progress against budget and targets, ensuring timely corrective actions /liliSupport the sales team in maintaining and updating CRM data /liliExtract and prepare reports from CRM systems to support business reviews and decision-making /li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliStrong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities /liliStrong commercial attitude and customer focus /liliDemonstrated critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel /liliAbility to manage tasks in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment /liliStrong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams /liliFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus /liliExperience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage /li /ulpWe kindly ask that you submit your CV in English for review. /ppAs part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
