Overview
In this Specialist Account Executive role, you drive a high-velocity sales cycle for Slack within Italy, targeting cross-functional stakeholders and leveraging Salesforce collaboration with AI capabilities. You build ROI-based business cases and partner with Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell. The position focuses on expanding Slack adoption, delivering measurable productivity gains, and shaping enterprise AI adoption in your territory. This is an opportunity to impact customers through AI-enabled collaboration at scale.
Responsabilità
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across a high volume of short-cycle deals
- Build relationships with business leaders and position Slack AI capabilities as solutions to challenges
- Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell and tailor demonstrations
- Develop ROI-driven business cases grounding Slack AI recommendations in productivity and cost outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven track record as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional with consistent target attainment
- Ability to manage a large, high-velocity pipeline with strong time management and forecasting discipline
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with tailored value propositions
