Organize regular meetings with the Dealership managersMonitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors activities, etc.Analyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices etc.Drive forward the Annual General Commercial PolicySupport Dealers in planning and executing the sell‑out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales CompanyGrant consistency between the sell in and the sell‑out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stockMonitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actionsDrive forward B2B PC activities of the DealershipMonitor Quality KPIWork with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event)Drive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activitiesWork with the Dealership in their operational marketing actionsIdentify the Dealer needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to allow the Dealer to fully comply with the customer experience and Brand standards and to drive forward Dealership compliance with Simplified Operating Standards (S.O.S.)
