Administrative Receptionist
Zonergy
- Responsible for reception at the front desk and reception of company visitors
- Responsible for organizing activities and meetings of the company or visitors
- Responsible for administrative tasks like 7S management of offices and apartments, office vehicle management, stationery, travel agency booking, and working translation companies & express delivery, etc.
- Acting as a contact point for the European office and assisting the legal/HR and other departments to handle relevant work
- Completing other work as assigned by leaders
Requirements:
- 2 years of related administrative work experience
- Good expression, coordination ability, excellent service awareness and execution
- Good office software skills
- English or Italian can be used as working languages
- Candidates with Italian residence permits are preferred
