- Monitorare i principali KPI di retention e churn rate, redigendo report periodici
- Effettuare chiamate outbound mirate verso clienti a rischio churn, al fine di comprendere le esigenze e proporre soluzioni personalizzate
- Offrire supporto proattivo ai clienti B2B individuando soluzioni che aumentino la soddisfazione e la fedeltà
Requirements
- Hai maturato esperienza in ruoli analoghi
- Possiedi ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Hai una spiccata attitudine all’ascolto e all’empatia
- Hai una buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e macOS
- Affronti e risolvi le problematiche in modo rapido, proattivo e orientato alla soluzione
