Asset Operations Analyst

ppAs our bAsset Operations Analyst /b, you'll ensure regulatory, contractual, and commercial compliance across a dedicated portfolio — working closely with technical, finance, and ESG teams to keep assets compliant, profitable, and aligned with our standards. /ppThis role plays a key part in protecting asset value and supporting bWiseEnergy /b's mission of enabling the global transition to clean energy. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliLead the management of commercial contracts (PPAs, SPAs, leases, EPC and OM contracts, market representation agreements) /liliOversee the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding new sites to integrating key terms into our systems /liliEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and licensing requirements /liliPrepare revenue budgets, forecasts, and support asset operating plans /liliManage insurance renewals, claims, and landowner relationships /liliSupport ESG compliance and reporting activities /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with technical and finance teams /liliDrive continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools /li /ulh3SKILLS COMPETENCIES /h3pTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: /pullibExcellent communication and presentation skills (in English and Italian) - /byou must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling. You will be expected to put together well-written, grammatically correct emails, presentations and other communications. When communicating verbally – whether over the phone, on video calls, in person or in meetings – you will need to be articulate and engaging. /lilibTime management prioritization skills /b - the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical. /lilibFast Learner – /bOur US portfolio spans multiple states (New York, Virginia and North Carolina) with differing PPAs and regulatory requirements in each.
