ppWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven EMEA Finance Operations Analyst to support performance visibility and industrial controlling across the EMEA region. Based 40 min north west of Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing industrial data to enable accurate performance monitoring, support industrial month-end closing, and drive fact-based decision-making. You will ensure reporting is timely, standardized, and reliable across all plants. Beyond reporting, you will play a key role in the digitalization and harmonization of industrial controlling processes, helping to improve transparency, efficiency, and data integrity across the region.
