In questo ruolo, coordini la strategia di approvvigionamento durante le gare e garantisci competitività e sostenibilità delle offerte. Lavori a stretto contatto con le funzioni interessate per selezionare fornitori, negoziare con partner strategici e guidare l'avvio operativo dei progetti. Il ruolo è inserito nella funzione Bidding Support & Start-Up a Milano e contribuisce a realizzare opere innovative a valore nel contesto EPC. Responsabilità
- Monitorare le attività di procurement nell'analisi dell'offerta e gestire RFQ per i progetti assegnati
- Definire Vendor Strategy e selezionare fornitori/subappaltatori per analisi di mercato e RFQ
- Gestire negoziazione e formalizzazione di pre-bid agreements con fornitori strategici, nel rispetto delle policy
- Analizzare offerte per individuare opportunità di riduzione costi e aumentare la competitività
- Supportare la fase di start-up delle Unità Operative tramite handover tra gara ed esecuzione, definendo il budget di approvvigionamento
- Impostare e avviare processi di procurement coerenti con budget e obiettivi di progetto
- Coordinate l'handover di pre-bid agreements e piani di approvvigionamento di materiali, servizi e subappalti
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria
- ≥5 anni di esperienza in procurement, tendering o strategic sourcing (preferibilmente EPC o contesti industriali complessi)
- Esperienza nella negoziazione con fornitori e subappaltatori strategici
- Conoscenza avanzata dei processi di procurement e contrattualistica
- Capacità di analisi dei costi, benchmarking e valutazione del mercato fornitori
- Esperienza nella pianificazione economica e nel monitoraggio del budget
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel
- Inglese fluente
- Leadership e capacità di coordinare team multidisciplinari
