Principle Regional Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Overview

In this regional leadership role, you tailor the global Embedded Processing go-to-market for the EMEA region to drive revenue and design-wins. You translate technical specs into compelling value for customers and shape regional strategy in collaboration with sales, product lines, and channel partners. You act as the Voice of the Region, ensuring local requirements influence the roadmap and ecosystem. You'll work across cross-functional teams to identify white space, execute GTM initiatives, and foster partner and customer relationships at scale.

Responsabilità

• Lead regional Product Marketing activities including demand creation, funnel management, GTM execution, and new product introductions
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Marketing, and Channel leadership to adapt global strategy to local market dynamics
• Manage customer initiatives: account profiling, engagement strategy, roadmapping, and long-term tracking
• Drive demand creation and design-wins, target high-potential customers, and manage funnel from design-in to design-win
• Coordinate with distributors and 3rd-party partners to support key accounts and long-tail customers
• Position products locally, adjust pricing, and align with company ambitions
• Develop collateral and enable sales teams, training partners on new products, fighting guides, and tech trends
• Nurture the ecosystem with training, evaluation boards, IDE support, and software libraries
• Conduct market analysis from a customer lens and monitor competitive landscape to inform pricing and performance
• Collect regional requirements and advocate for roadmap changes as Voice of the Region

Requisiti fondamentali

• 15+ years in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries
• 10+ years in product marketing or product line management
• Experience with P&L, strategic/s technical marketing, business development, and supply chain or cost management
• Understanding of microcontroller/processor and connectivity applications (consumer, industrial, automotive, data center)
• Familiarity with microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V) and connectivity tech (WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC)
• Knowledge of embedded software ecosystems and semiconductor cost structures/supply chain dynamics
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (Master's or MBA a plus)
