Overview
In questa posizione guiderai la crescita del mercato Industry in Italia, collaborando con funzioni tecnologiche e partner per valorizzare l'offerta. Avrai piena responsabilità di strategia, P&L e sviluppo commerciale, coordinando delivery e customer management. L'obiettivo è accelerare l'espansione in Retail, Fashion & Luxury e Manufacturing, con un forte focus su stakeholder C-level e ecosistemi tech. Un ruolo chiave per modellare il posizionamento e la redditività.
Responsabilità
- Definire e aggiornare la strategia di sviluppo per Industry in Italia, con focus Centro–Nord, e gestire il P&L con budget e obiettivi economici
- Gestire relazioni a livello C-level con clienti nei settori Retail, Fashion, Luxury e Manufacturing e guidare l'intero ciclo di vendita
- Coordinare pre-sales, RFP/RFI, tender e proposte, assicurando allineamento con l'offerta
- Gestire la Practice Industry interna e promuovere asset standard (framework, casi d'uso, soluzioni ripetibili)
- Tradurre bisogni di business in soluzioni di system integration end-to-end e supervisionare delivery
- Guidare un team di mercato e collaborare con colleghi internazionali per best practice e partnership
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10–15 anni in consulenza tecnologica o system integration presso grandi realtà
- Esperienza significativa in Industry: Retail & Consumer Goods, Fashion & Luxury, Manufacturing/Industrial
- Ruoli di Industry/Market/Practice Leader con responsabilità di P&L e sviluppo commerciale
- Conoscenza di CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce/omnicanale, PIM/DAM, ERP, supply chain, OMS integrate con cloud, data & analytics, AI
- Relazioni consolidate con tech player e capacità di lavorare con team tecnici
- Esperienza in gestione di clienti enterprise e relazioni C-level nel Centro–Nord Italia
- Capacità di influenzare stakeholder e orchestrare ecosistemi di partner
- Visione strategica di mercato e capacità di definire priorità e go-to-market
- Inglese fluente (business)
- Leadership e gestione di team
- Capacità di negoziazione e gestione di contratti
- Orientamento al risultato e problem solving
- CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce/omnicanale, PIM/DAM, ERP, Supply Chain, OMS
- Integrazione con soluzioni cloud, data & analytics, AI
- Relazioni con vendor e hyperscaler
