Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Venice-based property including Hotel Danieli, seeks an experienced Hygiene Manager to lead food safety and sanitation across culinary, stewarding, and back-of-house operations.
You will ensure HACCP compliance, develop procedures, and conduct audits while training teams to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The role requires Italian and English proficiency and legal work rights in Italy.
