Responsabilità

• Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging knowledge of Banca Corrispondente procedures and the mainframe environment.
• Perform functional analysis on the Banca Corrispondente application and related software programs.
• Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.
