Per il potenziamento della sede di Milano , siamo alla ricerca di un/una Client Manager da inserire nel team Taa S (Talent as a Service) . Il Ruolo Il/La Client Manager avrà un ruolo chiave nella crescita del business, lavorando a stretto contatto con aziende e talenti. Le principali attività includono: Business Development: Sviluppo del portafoglio clienti tramite attività di lead generation (E-mail e Linked In) e scouting di nuove opportunità commerciali. Gestione Opportunità: Gestione del primo contatto e organizzazione di incontri conoscitivi con potenziali partner. Consulenza e Staffing: Analisi dei bisogni dei clienti e trasformazione delle richieste di staffing in opportunità concrete per i professionisti della community. Matching: Selezione dei profili migliori per garantire il corretto incontro tra le necessità del progetto e le competenze del talento. Account Management: Onboarding dei talenti e gestione della relazione continuativa con i clienti attivi per monitorare il rendimento e gestire i rinnovi. Growth: Identificazione di opportunità di upselling e cross-selling sulle collaborazioni esistenti. Requisiti richiesti Il profilo ideale ha curiosità, autonomia e forte orientamento ai risultati: Esperienza: Pregressa nella vendita di servizi B2 B o contesti affini (es. APL, agenzie di comunicazione, software house). Si valutano anche profili con background differenti purché orientati allo sviluppo commerciale. Cultura Digital: Familiarità con il panorama tech, i linguaggi e i ruoli dell'innovazione digitale. Formazione: Laurea triennale o magistrale. Soft Skills: Eccellenti doti comunicative, capacità di ascolto e attitudine consulenziale. Nice to have: Esperienza pregressa nel mondo HR o della selezione/staffing. Cosa offre l'azienda Retribuzione: RAL tra 30.000 € e 45.000 € in base all'esperienza (sarà poi oggetto di ulteriore negoziazione) Work-Life Balance: Sede a Milano con modalità di smart working flessibile e gestione del lavoro basata su obiettivi.
