Executive Talent Analytics & AI Leader
EY
EY is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead to shape the organization’s talent intelligence and analytics strategy. You will lead executive advisory, AI innovation, and data product delivery to enable leaders to make faster, informed decisions.
The role covers workforce forecasting, skills intelligence, AI-driven insights, and governance of talent data. You will build scalable analytics products and guide offshore and global teams.
