Role

As a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader at Kyndryl, you will drive the growth and positioning of the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy. You will combine business leadership, industry expertise, and technological vision to help clients unlock value through AI and data‑driven transformation. You will lead business development initiatives, define go‑to‑market strategies, and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions across industries. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

• Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy
• Identify, design, and implement value‑driven solutions tailored to client needs
• Define go‑to‑market strategies and support sales initiatives

Partner & Ecosystem Management

• Build and manage partnerships with key technology vendors (e.g., hyperscalers, data/AI platforms)
• Drive joint initiatives and co‑innovation opportunities

Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Define AI and data transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure successful delivery of high‑impact consulting engagements

Service Line Leadership

• Define and evolve service offerings, methodologies, and best practices
• Ensure delivery quality and measurable business outcomes
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the practice

Thought Leadership

• Represent Kyndryl at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing expertise in Data & AI.
• Contribute to content creation, such as whitepapers and webinars, to establish Kyndryl as a leader in the field.

Qualifications

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• +3 years of experience in Data & AI consulting practice on business development and delivery.
• 10–15 years of experience in Data & AI consulting practices with client‑facing roles and responsibility on project delivery.
• In‑depth understanding of Analytics, Data Science, AI and Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in providing and delivering AI‑powered solutions and consulting services (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Google, etc.).
• Experience in defining value propositions and building customer‑centric value propositions and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate customer‑centric value propositions and business cases.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Deep experience working with C‑level stakeholders and presenting complex solutions in business terms.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align business and technology solutions to drive growth.
• Enterprise‑level understanding of Data & AI landscape, architectures, and delivery models.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong industry expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Telco, Manufacturing).
• Experience leading international and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
