Moncler Brand Protection & Intellectual Property Intern

Overview

STARTING FROM OCTOBER | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and engaged Legal Intern to join our Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support our teams in the following activities:

• All operative activities of the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection office;
• The management and archiving of Intellectual Property & Brand Protection file;
• Case law research and pareristics in the field of Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, IT and Digital Laws;
• In-depth study of new legislations/regulations;
• The carrying out of screening for new products names, pay off, adv campaigns, collections and alike;
• The operative management of administrative files.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law;
• Fluent in English, both written and oral;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
• Good interpersonal skills, including motivation, proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in team and alone;
• Analytics skills, problem solving approach.
