The Role: Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Performance Marketing Specialist who can join our Digital Team at Stone Island HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the growth of Stone Island's e-commerce business through the development and optimization of performance-driven digital marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, the E-commerce team and external agency partners, this person contributes to the execution of lower-funnel marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate channels, with the objective of maximizing ROI, driving qualified traffic and increasing conversion.

This role combines strong analytical capabilities with a results-oriented mindset, requiring the ability to transform data into actionable insights and business opportunities.

Activities

• Support the planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with external media agencies on Paid Media and SEO initiatives, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to maximize results.
• Analyze campaign and business performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve budget allocation, audience strategy, creative effectiveness and channel efficiency.
• Partner with the E-commerce team to monitor digital business performance and contribute to the achievement of online sales objectives.
• Work alongside the Brand Media team to ensure an integrated full-funnel media approach, delivering a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including E-commerce, Merchandising, Brand Media and Social Media teams, to support product launches, commercial activations and key brand moments.
• Monitor market trends, digital innovations and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields.
• At least 2 of experience in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Fluent English.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing performance-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into business actions.
